We have extensive experience in contentious matters and dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation of employee claims. We have particular experience in injunctions: protection of confidential information and restrictive covenants.

Contractual disputes and advice
In an advisory capacity we can assist with recruitment and hiring, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, agency and contractor arrangements, secondments, employee relations, flexible working, diversity and equality, hours and pay, boardroom and senior executive issues, grievance handling, whistle-blowing and disciplinary issues.
We can also assist with employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, outsourcings, redundancies and restructurings.
When it comes to reaching a settlement, we will assist in all negotiations, providing pragmatic and innovative solutions as well as professional drafting of your settlement agreement.
Diversity, discrimination and harassment
We advise on all areas of diversity and inclusion, harassment and bullying, and discrimination in the workplace.
Again, this may include anything from recruitment and hiring, drafting policy documents and workplace handbooks to managing employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary issues and settlement.
Regulatory investigations
We can assist with complex employment investigation disputes, which often involve employee misconduct and / or whistle-blowing claims. We undertake and advice on PRA/FCA matters and disputes.
