Andrew is one of the founding partners of RSW Law and has over 18 years of experience. In particular he advises clients on commercial and corporate matters affecting their businesses, and clients who are acquiring or selling businesses and assets, as well as acting for a wide range of entrepreneurial clients and SMEs.

He regularly advises both landlords and tenants in respect of commercial property transactions and assists with commercial property and litigation work. He has considerable experience of the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and complex shareholder and partnership disputes. He also works with the financial services sector and other regulated industries and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts.

Andrew provides a first-class service, and his commercial awareness enables him to provide pragmatic and commercially relevant advice to his business and individual clients. Andrew is respected by his clients for his knowledge of corporate transactions, especially in connection with buying and selling shares in companies and advising in connection with joint ventures.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys keeping fit and the many fine restaurants London has to offer.

With over 29 years’ experience, Jonathan acts for developers both in site acquisition, restructuring and subsequent plot / flats sales as well as undertaking large refinancing developments projects.

Jonathan regularly drafts and advises on complex option agreements for his clients in respect of site acquisitions. He also advises on the taking of or granting of commercial leases for his clients and is always on hand to assist with any urgent property questions they may have.

Jonathan assists clients with entering into Help to Buy funding agreements and associated paperwork, as well as the taking of funding provided by Homes England for development projects by his clients.

He regularly prepares papers for auction packs for his clients and undertakes due diligence on auction lots clients may be looking to purchase. 

His clients respect his efficient and friendly manner with which he conducts their matters and himself. He is trusted by them to do a swift and thorough job and constantly meets the tight deadlines set by lenders sellers and the clients themselves.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys watching sport either live or on TV, namely Cricket football and rugby. He is a member of Surrey County Cricket Club and regularly goes to the Oval to watch Surrey and England. He is also a Tottenham Hotspur supporter and goes to games when he’s able.
